No faith in Faith and a .45
BY Kristen Spencer Jun. 3rd, 2009 More on:

First announced early last year, Danish Developer Deadline Games’ Faith And A .45, a Bonny and Clyde styled shooter set during the Great Depression, has since been gathering dust due to lack of a publisher.

Still, I held out hope that the tale of the bandit lovers’ road trip from hell would eventually be released, allowing us to experience Luke and Ruby’s doomed affair from a first hand perspective, complete with a smooch-based revival mechanic. But that was before Deadline Games filed for bankruptcy.Yes, a game about the the longest and most severe worldwide economic downturn in history has been sabotaged by another worldwide economic downturn. Another publisher could pick this title up, but seeing as it’s already been on the market for more than year the chances are slim, meaning our outlaws won’t be celebrating their love with a cross-country crime spree.
