Breaking down the buzz from E3

So E3 has come and gone, but the buzz generated by the event shows no signs of slowing as we enter a summer season that is traditionally light on gaming news and announcements. So what conversations can you expect to encounter frequently in the coming months? According to Buzz Study, a blog dedicated to monitoring and analyzing trends in Web chatter, you might want to brush up on your Project Natal knowledge if you want to rule the water cooler. As you can see in the above chart, Microsoft’s motion controller was by far the talk of the conference.

While the Top 10 list yields some interesting results (looks like the PSP Go leak didn’t hurt the handheld’s buzz-worthiness), it’s the full chart that tells the most compelling stories. Here are a few things that made us go, “Huh”:
