Battlefield 1943 launch trailer to ease the troubles |

Battelfield 1943 has been out on Xbox LIVE for almost a day now but the launch hasn’t really gone so well so far. EA’s servers are having troubles finding games and a nasty “Failed to connect to EA Online” message is constantly thrown at players’ faces which of course makes online play impossible for many, leaving only the empty tutorial mode mess around in. But that gets old real fast as you’re the only one running around there. See, this is why you include bots in your games, developers.
Hopefully the problems will be fixed soon so everyone can play problem-free. In the meanwhile, here’s a launch trailer that was released today to show us what we can’t have.

EA really screwed the pooch on this one. I don’t know if i clicked through and skipped the gamertag/ea account linking or if it popped up at all but i can’t find a setting for it. i signed up on ea.com and they wont let me link it from there either i have to do it in game. someone said get the facebreaker demo. it’s not on live now though the post suggesting it is only 2 days old. thanks EA. you suck.

They also didn’t get the same problem fixed for BF: Bad Company. I went to their official site but its a whole new start of bullshit from there

All i can say to all this is !!!
i didnt get a message for linking the gamertag/EA however a while back i did with lord of the rings game and the servers were the worst you can ever get, and yet my user still isn’t linked? EA need to make it so that people dont run off their server and the host is the best connection in the game it works for every other producer so why dont EA? i just bought the game for 1200M$ doesnt work… it worked on the demo fine?
