So there’s not going to be another Smash Bros. according to its creators, but when there is another Smash Bros. — because we all know that it’s coming — who do you think should be in it? According to Suda 51 No More Heroes star Travis Touchdown would be a great fit. In talking with Nintendo Power, Suda had this to say when asked if Travis was his favorite creation:

“I love him (Travis), and I want him to be a huge star. That’s why I’m working very hard to make this game as interesting as possible. Maybe in the future, we can see him fighting alongside Link in the next Smash Bros. [laughs] That would be great.”

I think Travis would make an amazing addition to the game with his beam sword and art style and he fits the base requirement of having debuted on a Nintendo system. Now if only Nintendo had its act together and we could get DLC for the game we wouldn’t even need another edition of Smash Bros. to come out.
