Tatsunoko vs. Capcom not coming to the 360 or PS3, but a sequel might

Okay, so it’s pretty much determined that the Wii-exclusive Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, will in fact, remain a Wii exclusive. Speaking to VideoGamer, producer Ryota Niitsuma said that the title was made for the Wii, optimized and designed for the Wii hardware.

“Currently, no [to Tatsunoko vs. Capcom coming to other platforms], but we would like to see the reaction of the western market when we release the game on Wii. The other problem is the game is optimised for the Wii system, especially the graphics features, so if we were to port it to PS3 or Xbox 360 we would have to make the game from scratch, and in that case we might as well just make a sequel of the series on those consoles rather than porting it.” Niitsuma said. So if you’re aching at the possibility of a TvC sequel and you have a Wii then you may want to buy, hey, we’re just saying, you may want to, hey, you don’t have to yell. It was just a suggestion.
