Namco releasing a museum of fine art
BY Michael Healy Jul. 17th, 2009 More on:

Namco has released numerous “Museum” titles in the past, collecting the best games of their 70’s and 80’s catalogues. But, for their forthcoming PSN release Namco Museum Essentials, the publisher is selecting five of their choicest cuts for the PlayStation 3 collection. They include: Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug, Dragon Spirit, and Xevious. In addition, a reimagining of the classic, Xevious Resurrection is included in the package. This new game features digital graphics and cooperative gameplay. Moreover, Museum Essentials will be fully compatible with PlayStation Home, with unlockable trophies and rewards for your club house.
