Ubisoft announced today that they will also be releasing a Nintendo DS version of Rabbids Go Home. This version of the game will supposedly follow the same story-line of the Wii version, the Rabbids running around with shopping carts and collecting stuff to put in a pile to get to the moon, but will feature puzzles and brain teasers instead of the Wii gameplay. The DS version will include 150 brain teasers, 15 levels where you will actually have to build the pile to the moon, four challenge modes with 20 levels each, and a level editor so you can create and share your own puzzles. DSi owners will also have the additional option to take pictures and add Rabbid animations to them, which might be good for a laugh or two. So if you can’t get enough of the lovable and surprisingly resilient little critters, you can also pick up this version of the game during Holiday 2009.
