A sample of FFXIII’s sound-effect making

Over at Final Fantasy XIII’s official website is a cool little feature for how they do sound effects for the game. Unfortunately, its all in Japanese. They do have a video for the sound effect making of a PSICOM soldier though, which you can take a loot at above.

It’s always cool seeing what type work is put behind some of the games we play. I didn’t think the sound effects for a moving soldier would be a simple as a guy shaking a metal glove. Nifty stuff.
