Braid, the highest rated Xbox Live Arcade title of all time, is headed to the PlayStation Network, it’s been finally confirmed. After being spotted on USK’s (Germany’s equivalent of the ESRB) website by the eagle-eyed users of NeoGAF, publisher Hothead Games has confirmed that Jonathan Blow’s critical darling is indeed PS3-bound. Hothead also handled the publishing duties for the Mac version, which was released in May.
No date or pricing was given, however a rep from Hothead said it will be a European and North American release and that more information is forthcoming in the coming months.

*sigh* I don’t understand this, I don’t have a PS3 but I’m not hating on this for that reason. I’m all for having this on 360 and PS3, what doesn’t make any sense to me is why does the PS3 have to wait? Why wasn’t it just released there at the same time it was on the 360?
