Facebook-Nintendo DSi integration goes live tonight

Nintendo’s joining in on the Facebook love-in when they release a new firmware update that will integrate the DSi’s photo application with Facebook tonight. Japan and Europe have enjoyed uploading grainy pics of their distorted faces for a while now and now it’s North America’s turn. DSi users can upload pictures they’ve taken with either of the DSi’s cameras directly onto their Facebook profile. The update will be available tonight at 8 p.m. EST.

Profile pictures on facebook are about to get a lot uglier.
