Now would be a good time for Jonathan Blow and company to start talking about their new game. After learning that Braid would be gracing the PlayStation Network in the future, the team is fresh in our minds. The next game from the creators of Braid was sort of announced when job postings were placed on the Braid Blog for a few positions. We now know the game is called The Witness and it’ll be released on multiple platforms.

According to the official teaser site, The Witness is “an exploration puzzle game set on an uninhabited island.” There’s no further information other than the team is hoping the game will be ready in late 2011. That’s quite a ways to wait so expect totally random updates for the next twelve or so months.
