Capcom classics coming to PSN
BY Raphael Cua Aug. 11th, 2009 More on:

Capcom is waxing nostalgic as of late, most recently with their Platinum Hits Triple Pack coming out in September for the Xbox 360. Now they’re sharing the love for their classics with Sony. The Capcom-Unity blog has announced that they’ll be releasing a veritable buttload of Capcom classics for the PS3 and PSP. They’ll all be downloadable on the PlayStation Network…soon. The blog doesn’t mention any release dates or prices, but they were kind enough to list the full set of games that will be available. The set comprises of ten games, seven of which are UMD Legacy titles for the PSP. Most of Capcom’s major franchises are represented here, so the list should please everybody. Or else. And we’ve been kind enough to include that list below.

The UMD Legacy titles are downloadable PSP games that you can transfer from your PS3 to your PSP. The PlayStation Legacy titles can be played on both the PS3 and PSP.

Capcom Classics Collection Reloaded (UMD Legacy)
Mega Man Powered Up (UMD Legacy)
Dino Crisis (PlayStation Legacy)
Powerstone Collection (UMD Legacy)
Mega Man Maverick Hunter X (UMD Legacy)
Resident Evil 2 (PlayStation Legacy)
Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Chaos Tower (UMD Legacy)
Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max (UMD Legacy)
Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (PlayStation Legacy)
Capcom Puzzle World (UMD Legacy)

I’m looking forward to Dino Crisis. Anyone else looking to download any of these classics?

I have an 360 so I’m obviously not getting any of this but if I saw Project Justice there I would get a PS3 as soon as possible.
