Earlier today Rockstar teased a number of announcements and we promised to stay on top of them. So in good fashion we have a brand new trailer for Beaterator for the PSP and PSN featuring Timbaland. Almost four years in the making, Beaterator is what Timbaland calls “a portable beat machine.”

It reminds us Jam Sessions on the DS in that there doesn’t seem to be any other goal except to make the best beats you possibly can. It’s pretty cool that you can record your voice and implement it into your music. It also doesn’t hurt that Sony is tapping some pretty big names to talk up the PSPgo a little over a month before it releases.

Beaterator will be in stores on September 29, 2009.
