After being available for almost a year, Media Molecule has decided to put out a LittleBigPlanet demo to coincide with the release of the Game of the Year Edition — which will come with over $30 worth of DLC, 18 new levels and a voucher that will get you into the ModNation Racers Online Beta (limited amount) — next week. And by the sounds of it, the demo will offer quite a bit of content.

“The demo is filled with – PLAY: a hand full of in-game levels and mini-games by yourself or with 3 of your friends, CREATE: Customize your Sackboy and plaster levels with a variety of stickers and objects, SHARE: a few community levels picked from the over 125MM levels created online,” the official PS blog writes.

The demo’s out next Thursday, September 10, with the PlayStation Store’s weekly update with the GotY edition hitting a few days before.
