Dead Rising 2 has been a bit of a party-pooper this past summer. Anything new concerning the game has been pretty scarce since late spring — Capcom decided not to show the game at E3 because of the swine-flu incident. They also skipped out on GamesCon and won’t be at Penny Arcade Expo, either.

However, Capcom’s Chris Kramer confirmed, during a recent videogame podcast, that news is coming very soon. “You’re not going to see it on the floor of TGS, but there will be Dead Rising 2 stuff happening coming out of TGS,” says Kramer. “That sounds maddeningly cryptic, but you’ll be hearing more literally in the next few days.”
