Dante’s Inferno drags along BioShock composer

Composer Garry Schyman of BioShock fame has been tapped to compose hell, EA announced today. The award-winning composer says scoring Dante’s Inferno was “one of the most interesting and challenging projects [he has] ever tackled” and that it “has turned out to be one of the most creative experiences in [his] career.”

If it is his music we’ve heard from some of the past trailers for the game (a nice example in the video here) then it’s already clear that these are some hellish tunes we can boogie to. Perhaps even enough to pick up the soundtrack once it’s released early next year, presumably around the same time the game itself arrives.
