Original story: Kurt Cobain makes an appearance in Activision’s Guitar Hero 5. A distasteful move thought by many, particularly by the icon’s widow Courtney Love who certainly isn’t taking it lightly and by her own words is going to “sue the shit” out of the publisher for it.

“For the record this Guitar Hero shit is breach of contract on a Bullys part and there will be a proper addressing of this and retraction,” she tweeted, following that up with “WE are going to sue the shit out of ACtivision we being the Trust the Estate the LLC the various LLCs Cobain Enterprises” a few minutes later.
