Borderlands for PC pushed back |
|

Somewhat sad news for PC gamers waiting for Gearbox’s stylized beauty Borderlands — the game’s been delayed. It’s not all bad though, the delay is only six days if you’re in the US and 10 days for the international version, making the new dates October 26th and 30th, respectively.
The reason for the delay? Polish. It seems the devs just needed those few extra days. “We’re optimizing the PC version which takes a few days longer than expected,” 2K’s Senior PR Manager Charlie Sinhaseni said.
The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions remain unaffected and will be released on the previously announced dates — October 20 in North America and October 23 internationally.

Those Motherfuckers. What a bunch of absolute Motherfuckers. Same old bullshit excuse as always ”Polish”. How can a title, that has been developed on the PC, actually be delayed for the very platform it was created on. Same fucking story with Battlefield 1943.
Well, I for one will be Pirating Borderlands for the 360 instead of giving out my hard earned cash for the PC version, which was what I originally intended to do.

Im sorry, this close to the release date and with the xbox and ps3 versions release there should be no need to “polish” the game, that should have been completed long before. i personally would not have minded the set back if it had come sooner, not days before the release
