Conviction dated, coming in February
BY Eric Wigdahl Sep. 23rd, 2009 More on:

Attention all Tom Clancy fans: the wait for the release date is over. The wait for the game is ongoing.

After being pushed back, Ubisoft has finally givenĀ Splinter Cell: Conviction a sure release date — Sam Fisher will be slapping on his goggles on February 23rd of next year. To announce this, the developers have made a short video of our favorite covert agent shooting some dudes in the leg for fun while big flashy numbers set a world record for ‘Longest Reveal of a Release Date Ever.’ Still, the vid contains some sweet footage of high-quality badassery. So exactly five months from now the public will at last be able to fully enjoy this title. That is, of course, provided no more bogus delays happen.
