Have you ever been playing Gears of War and thought about how awesome it would be to have a Lancer hanging on your wall? A real life sized Lancer, not some model that no one would notice? You know, something that when people walked in the room they’d stop and stare and then become concerned for your sanity if they didn’t know you were a gamer. Yea, me neither, but evidently there’s a market out there for something like that as TriForce has announced it’s going to release a 1:1 replica of the Lancer from Gears of War.

The fake gun weighs 15 pounds and has LED lights all over it to make it look fully functional. As a collectible this thing is pretty awesome as only 500 are being made, but as a thing that will put you out of $949.99 plus the cost of shipping an oversized item through the mail it sucks pretty bad. If you’ve got the money and the nerd balls to actually have this thing sitting out in your house then I say go for it and pre-order the sucker. I’ll be over here spending my $1,000 plus dollars on purchasing all five gaming systems on the market.
