Assassin’s Creed II for PC gets delayed to 2010

There’s no news like bad news. Ubisoft has tweeted that the ever popular assassinating Italian guy Ezio of Assassin’s Creed II, who was supposed to be dual-wielding his targets to death this November, won’t be making his PC appearance at the festivities of the Venetian masquerade festival until the first quarter of 2010. The reason given for this delay, as usual, is that the developers need extra time to refine the game in order to deliver the best experience possible.

The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions are still on track for a November 17th release in the US and November 20th in Europe.
