Australia’s decision to deny Left 4 Dead 2 classification was appealed by Valve yesterday, a note sent over by Valve today informs us. While other countries from Germany to Korea have given the zombie killing sim an 18+ or an equivalent Mature rating, the Australian Ratings Board denied to classify L4D2 on September 19th on the grounds of it containing “high impact violence” and for portraying “living humans with a rabies-like virus” — news that saddened Valve and made EA question the Australian ratings system.
We’ll keep you updated on how much effect Valve’s appeal will have.

#1. What the hell is up with this commenting system? It says, “While we hate limiting conversations in any way, please note that insulting/abusive comments will be removed without hesitation.” The comment above seems to met those requirements, and MEOW, that’s discrimination against a whole country, and have you heard the news recently, Australia is officially the second best country to live in, first was Norway. So your wrong, and a racist. I don’t believe in God but if you do, I hope you know, your going to hell.
