Resident Evil: Afterlife officially announced
BY Raphael Cua Sep. 30th, 2009 More on:

The Resident Evil film franchise lurches on with the official announcement that Resident Evil: Afterlife has started production. The fourth installment of the franchise will have Milla Jovovich coming back as Alice, with Ali Larter reprising her Claire Redfield role. Wentworth Miller of Prison Break fame will be a new addition to the cast, playing the ‘roided out Chris Redfield.

Paul W. S. Anderson will be back in the director’s chair, bringing the Resident Evil film to 3D. That will most likely be the only aspect of the film to have any depth whatsoever. Look forward to more brainless zombie-slaying when Resident Evil: Afterlife comes out in the fall of 2010.
