BioWare will be releasing the Dragon Age: Origins equivalent to last year’s Spore Creature Creator later this month, community coordinator Chris Priestly has announced on the game’s forums. Simply called the Character Creator, the tool, cut straight out of the full game, will allow players to spend three weeks carefully crafting their in-game selves prior to Origins’ early November launch.
The ~320MB app will become available on BioWare’s official Origins site on October 13th and is “currently” only available to PC users. The full game will launch on the PC and Xbox 360 on November 3 in North America and November 6 in Europe with the PlayStation 3 version bringing up the rear later in the month.

SO GOOD.
If only it was tomorrow instead of within a almost 2 weeks time

As long as it’s free, unlike the stupid Creature Creator.

Yeah Einos, it’ll be free, it was confirmed later on. But the info can’t be uploaded to the console versions, the two work a bit differently apparently.
Hopefully a console editor will follow.
