We have been anticipating a movie based on World of Warcraft for a while now and, with each tidbit of information, our +5 Cloak of Movie Watching grows more and more restless. This time the news is not about a director change but a title change that could also infer a plot change.
Originally known simply as ‘Warcraft,’ an updated IMDB listing shows the new title to be ‘Warcraft: The Rise of the Lich King.’ This new name leads us to believe that the original story, based during the time between Warcraft III and World of Warcraft, has been shelved in favor of the story line in Christie Golden’s novel by the same name.
Attempts to contact Blizzard and Legendary Pictures for clarification have not been successful.

I hope they do it as CGI like Blizzard has done. There’s no way it can live up to any expectations if they use real-life actors, unless Raimi somehow manages to elevate himself to Peter Jackson’s level.

It sounds cool, but anyone could have updated that. Just gotta wait on clarification I guess.
