Modern Warfare 2 for the Wii? |

Even though it’s two years late, the Wii is finally getting its own version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare with Call of Duty Modern Warfare: Reflex coming out next month. So with that almost out, are we expected to see a Modern Warfare 2 to eventually be released for the Wii? Maybe.
Reflex’s Executive Producer Daniel Suarez from Treyarch hasn’t ruled out the idea, but didn’t really say for sure if it would happen either. When asked by Official Nintendo Magazine if Modern Warfare 2 will be coming to the Wii, Suarez said, “Treyarch is working on this (Modern Warfare: Reflex) right now. Infinity Ward is working on Modern Warfare 2 right now. I think it’s fair to say that we want to give the Wii consumer new experiences and we’ll continue to do that.”

Plz no. People buy the Wii for things like Wii sports and stuff like that. All that is fine but a first person shooter? No thanks. CoD waw and CoD 3 both sucked on the Wii so just buy a PS3 or a 360 instead.

the wii is just a novelty console… nothing more. I don’t know why they persist on putting games that just shouldn’t be played on it ON IT!

I think the wii is fine for a frist person shooter its actually more realistic keeping your hands still with sniping and such. Its more of a personal opinion, but my personal opinion is that maybe your bad at at it on the wii and your cover up is that the wii is bad, which is a false statement.

i agree with steve, Wii, PS3 and Xbox are all very good consoles so i think they should have the same games on them (i have pre-ordered it)

i think weshould all be treated the same if u play wii then play it the same for xbox360 and ps3 and yes put the same stuff on wii its only right cause wat if they didnt put the game on your console i bet u would be mad to

I absolutly think that they should make it for the Wii. It’s the best first person shooter game to play on the Wii. And to those that hate it I believe that you just don’t have the skills to dominate!

I never played Call of Duty for the wii, but based on the video clips I saw, it looked like a half-assed game where you can only point your gun left and right without spinning around or good stuff like that, and the graphics suck worse than most games I have seen. We are in the 21st century and consoles these days should not have graphics that suck that bad, and have games that don’t include a 3D world. The Wii was a great idea, it sounds great on paper, but when you get right down to it, the system is not even close to powerful, it has graphics that are the same quality as a freaking Nintendo 64 (which was an amazing console, I still have mine, it is about 11 years old and still working like new), and it is trying to compete with the 360 and PS3.
I can’t even play the Wii for more than an hour. When I play a video game, I want to relax and enjoy myself, not sweat like a pig, develop joint problems in my arms from bowling, or break everything in my room (including my hand) when I start to get physically unable to stand up straight and break my fingers when I swing the bat in baseball and fall over, and get a concussion.
The Wii was great at first, but most games don’t have a story line, and if they do, they suck. All the games that were made for the 360 and PS3 that is then made for the Wii, becomes a steaming pile of cow crap.
DON’T MAKE MW2 FOR THE Wii!!! IT WILL BE CRAP! TRUST ME!
