Dante’s one badass slicer of darkness. Too bad he’s in hell. Or maybe he feels comfortable there, who knows? Just take a look at the latest Anger trailer, which is the fifth circle of Dante’s Inferno. The developers - Visceral Games - talk about his skills, his moves and most of all, his kickass scythe, which is the replacement of the oh-so-overused titanic sword. Dante trusts his life not only to his wielding scythe, but to his cross as well, which acts more as a shoving device rather than a holy killing ornament, which it was never meant to do in the first place.

The trailer shows Dante completely mad and enraged, going on a killing spree through his own inferno. Observe that at the end of it, you’ll see the release date for the next trailer which will show what the sixth circle of hell is all about: Heresy.
