I just saw a tweet come across from Major Nelson about another round of clothing being added for my avatar on Xbox LIVE. Being the college football fan I am, and wanting to see if my home state was represented, I clicked on through to find an odd surprise - a bunch of teams were available, but some had less clothing that the rest.

Most of the schools listed have an array of attractive virtual clothing, like shoes, wristbands, jackets, t-shirts, and hoodies. Surprisingly, clicking on any of the three top ranked teams in the country - Alabama, Florida, or Texas - and you can buy nothing but shoes. I doubt this is an oversight, but attempts to contact Major Nelson have gone unanswered. Could Microsoft be holding out to see who wins the national championship to release special clothing?
