EA has announced a demo for their interpretation of The Divine Comedy, Dante’s Inferno. Players won’t get to dive right into hell though as the demo only contains the ‘Gates of Hell’ opening level, which has the players make their way from the surface to, you guessed it, the Gates of Hell. There is an upside though — Death, the first boss in the game, will get a taste of its own medicine.

The demo’s out on both Xbox Live and PlayStation Network some time in December, with an exact date yet to be determined. The full game follows in February.
