Yesterday’s tease from BioWare has indeed turned out to be an announcement of another piece of downloadable content for Dragon Age: Origins. In order to delve deeper into the story of the event and the secrets of Ferelden’s fallen king, the new content, titled Return to Ostagar, will have players thumping their way through the fallen fortress where the Grey Wardens were once defeated. Players will search for revenge, try to recover the weapons and armor of King Cailan, and discover hidden political agendas.
Co-founder and CEO Dr. Ray Muzyka calls the new content “a prime example of BioWare’s commitment to give fans a game that continuously offers new experiences and further enriches a storyline that has already received critical acclaim and positive feedback from the players.”
Return to Ostagar will be available for $4.99 (£3.99) on PSN, 400 BioWare Points on the PC and 400 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live, for 15 sick cats, for a case of bananas, or for 2 “first-born” points this holiday season. A specific date has not yet been given.
