While not even thinking about what kind of downloadable content to put out for Modern Warfare 2 less than two months ago, that process seems to have now started with creative strategist Robert Bowling saying the add-on content can be expected to arrive next Spring. “DLC is planned fir the wonderfully vauge timeframe of Spring,” a grammatically challenged tweet informs.
The first two are Xbox 360 timed exclusive pieces of content which are known to be map packs, likely the same ones that Activision’s Michael Griffith was talking about in August, as announced at E3 back in June. After those, it could be anything from more spec ops missions to possibly even additional single-player content. But whatever the content is, it will likely earn a helluva lot.
