Buzz has been traveling around the web for quite some time showing the differences between the PS3 and 360 versions of Bayonetta. Despite having the power of Blu-ray, Sony fans may get the blues when they see the comparisons. The PS3 version is shown as having dropped frame rates, washed out colors, less detailed textures, and longer load times. Yikes.
To address the issue, Platinum Games and Sega have apparently come up with a solution: ask Sony to fix the game themselves. Taken from a translation of French gaming site Gamekyo, Sony’s engineering team may be working on the PS3 version of Bayonetta to bring it up to snuff with the 360 version prior to their western release next month. Here’s hoping it’s true.
