The Force Unleashed II developed mostly internally, DLC headed to first game

Despite letting go some of the staff that worked on the first game, LucasArts president Darrell Rodriguez says it’s still their internal team who’s working on the recently announced Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II. While “other development partners” are lending a hand with the project, their internal team is still “made up of TFU veterans who are all bringing their hard earned muscle memory to the development process.”

Beyond TFU2, LucasArts is also developing some “top secret projects,” which they’re currently hiring for as learned late last month.

In other Star Wars news, the first The Force Unleashed appears to be getting the Hoth bonus level — previously exclusively included in the Ultimate Sith Edition — as downloadable content. It’s been spotted listed among upcoming game add-ons on XBLM. No news on whether it’ll make it to PSN as well, but I see no reason it won’t as previous DLC has. No dates on either though..
