Wii Supreme opts for gold and diamonds over tomatoes and sour cream

Hot on the heels of the gold PS3, another company has thrown their hat into the ring of extravagantly expensive consoles. Stuart Hughes is offering a version of Nintendo’s system dubbed as the Wii Supreme and is billing it as the most expensive games console in the world. For £299,995.00 (or $486,005.36) the Supreme comes decked out with “over 2,500 grams of solid 22ct gold” and “78 x 0.25 ct Flawless diamonds which total 19.5 ct.” that make up the buttons on the front of the console.

Empty out your children’s college funds now (and your grandchildren’s, and their children’s) because only three golden Wiis are available.
