The UK is getting an exclusive Gold edition of Cryptic’s upcoming Star Trek Online. The edition will come with a limited edition t-shirt, a map of the Alpha Quadrant, a five-piece artwork set, a code to download the Deep Space Nine uniform set (images of everything below) as well as 30 days worth of free play. Those jumping on the pre-order train in the month of January will receive even more goods in the form of further downloadable content, free microtransaction points and gain access to the three-day headstart program before the MMO takes off worldwide on February 2nd. Details on what the additional DLC is, or how many microtransaction points will be given etc. are said to follow in the new year.
