With developer DICE delaying everything Frostbite-related on the PC, first with Battlefield 1943 and then with the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 PC beta that was delayed to “very early next year”, we may now have something concrete if GameStop is to be believed.

According to the retail listing for Bad Company 2 Limited Edition, which is already full of pre-order bonuses, one of the incentives includes access to the beta that is said to begin on January 28th, 2010 and ends February 25, 2010. Though it doesn’t come from DICE, it does fit the mold for early next year with the beta itself ending less than a week before release.
