More chicks with glasses and freakishly long legs to come?

Love it or hate it; loathe it or worship it, there may be more Bayonetta on the way. In an recent interview for the March issue of Game Informer magazine Platinum Games director Hideki Kamiya hinted that the company is potentially working on a sequel to the action packed epic.

“We obviously have love for the work we have created, so I don’t see anything wrong with Bayonetta 2. Personally, I’d like to approach the world of Bayonetta from a different angle, in the form of a spin-off,” Kamiya explained.

We’re wondering which path they’ll end up taking, spin-off or direct sequel? No matter what they end up doing, we can be certain that the sequel, be it a spin-off or not, will be nothing short of absolute madness. Why stop there though, just go ahead and make both the sequel and a spin-off. We’re positive that fans of Bayonetta wouldn’t complain about that and after all things are much better in trilogies anyway.
