Bungie’s 2010 Halo effort, Halo: Reach, has 30% left to develop, according to the latest issue of Edge magazine. While stressing that no one area is yet 100% complete and that there’s room for improvement in every facet, the project as a whole is said to be 70% done.
The mag also says that Reach will deliver some big surprises during the campaign and that the Halo 3 engine has been modified to the point where no component is left untouched. Players can also expect huge landscapes, considerably improved Elite AI, and the return of night vision as seen in Halo 3: ODST.
A number of other tidbits were covered as well, which a Eurogamer user has typed up in their forum here.
