Vanquish PS3 release confirmed last year?

The Sega/Sony meeting notes document that brought news of Sony’s apparent plans to sell all of the PS2’s titles through PSN, Sony’s motion controller sales estimates, and Thor‘s release window last year also included a mention of Vanquish, the recently announced fourth title from Bayonetta and MadWorld developer PlatinumGames.

Vanquish was announced late last week with a trailer that made no mention of the platforms the game would be appearing on. Enter the meeting notes; according to the document, it would seem that Platinum’s latest will be a title for the HD consoles and possibly the PSP — the notes say that Sony expressed much interest in featuring the title at their E3 booth this summer should Sega offer PS3/PSP interoperability similar to that of Assassin’s Creed II, Batman: Arkham Asylum and Army of Two: The 40th Day.

What that interoperability would entail and whether or not Sega agreed is unknown though.
