Itagaki’s new development house surfaces as Valhalla Game Studios

Last week brought word that the dispute between former Team Ninja boss Tomonobu Itagaki and publisher Tecmo was settled out of court for an undisclosed amount, and it looks like the Ninja Gaiden creator is already starting to put that cash to use. Japanese game magazine Famitsu sat down with Itagaki to discuss his future endeavors, and it turns out that he’s already full swing into production of a new title with his new development house: Valhalla Game Studios.

The new Tokyo-based developer is currently around 50 members strong with room for growth. As far as their new secret project goes, Itagaki is remaining silent but promises “something that people have never seen before.”
