EA has announced a follow-up to last year’s EA Sports Active.
Unlike its predecessor which was released only for the Wii, Active 2.0 (working title) will also appear on the PlayStation 3, iPhone and iPod touch this fall, complete with new additions such as a heart rate monitor and wireless control system.
An “online hub to track and share workout data” will also be made available with PS3 users also given the ability to download new workouts and exercises.
Surprisingly, Xbox 360 isn’t included in the exercising fun. A Natal-only release later on, perhaps, as part of their launch offerings?
