Didn’t get in the multiplayer beta for Blur last month? Despair not – it’s going to be available exclusively on Xbox Live on April 6th.
Speaking to Kotaku, lead designer Gareth Wilson explained that the decision to release the beta solely on Xbox 360 was because they only needed one platform. “For our selfish needs, we only needed it on one platform because all we wanted to do was gather data about how people are using the cars, the power ups, the tracks, and to be honest we can get that data from one platform,” he said.
“We just chose Xbox really because it’s the platform that, to be straight, has more online users than the PS3.”
The full game will release next month, on May 25th in North America and May 28th in Europe for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
