The team behind GRIN’s Bionic Commando: Rearmed, the generally well-received XBLA/PSN/PC remake of the Capcom classic, have announced the formation of Might&Delight, a new studio that’ll focus on developing “small, fresh games with strong old school flavor”.
The Stockholm, Sweden-based studio’s still on the lookout for their first project and will be “courting various publishers for a chance to transform their classics,” they write on their website.
Might&Delight is the second studio founded by former GRIN staff. As the studio was forced to close its doors last August, the existence of Outbreak Studios — formed by 25 ex-GRINners, most of whom were involved in Bionic Commando, Terminator Salvation and Wanted: Weapons of Fate — was also announced. It was said to focus on digital titles for XBLA, PSN, PC, PSPgo, and the iPhone.
