Two of Lost Planet 2‘s previously pre-order exclusive multiplayer maps will be released as day one DLC, Capcom’s revealed. The maps in question — Helix and Back to the Island, both water-oriented — don’t have a price yet, though producer Jun Takeuchi tells IGN it’ll be low enough for “everyone to pick it up”.
Should players “react well to it,” there’s a distinct possibility for more; “it is called Map Pack 01!” Takeuchi laughingly emphasized.
For now, there’s twenty new, as luck would have it, watery screens below to check out. A new four-minute trailer was released just last week, too.
