Natal river rafting game seen in the wild

Word’s been getting around that Microsoft has been showing a new Project Natal title at its demonstrations. In a play-date with filmmaker James Gunn, an experience later written up on his personal blog, Microsoft showed off a river rafting game titled River Rush.

In Gunn’s own words: “[River Rush is] a game where you stand side by side in a river raft, so it’s two people playing at once. To move right, you have to step right; to move left, you have to step left. As you rush down right rapids, you have to jump up and slap floating stars in the air — the whole raft jumps up every time you do.”

Gunn also makes mention of a “boxing and football” that Microsoft said will be released for the motion controller, and says the only drawback of the device he sees is “that you have to get up off your ass to play it”.

Expect a lot more from E3.
