Update: Bethesda vs Interplay “in no way, shape or form done”
Original story: Duckandcover, who’ve in the past stayed well informed on the Bethesda vs Interplay case, are reporting that Bethesda has dropped its appeal against Interplay, allowing the developer to move ahead with their Fallout MMO, codenamed Project V13, without further obstacles.
According to Interplay investor Frymuchan, “a secret deal was struck” between the companies and the appeal was dropped yesterday. ” I’m assuming part of the deal was that Interplay drop their countersuit against Bethesda.”
The terms of said deal haven’t been disclosed.
