Call of Juarez developer Techland has put two of its long-in-development projects, Chrome 2 and Warhound, on hold, reports game site GBase.ch. The news comes after yesterday’s announcement of nail’d, a new Deep Silver-published off-road racer the developer’s working on.
Also on its slate is the first-person zombie survival horror title Dead Island, first announced in late 2007, which secured a worldwide publisher last year. A publisher who has “imposed a media silence” on Techland, as international brand manager Blazej Krakowiak revealed last summer.
In addition to nail’d and Dead Island, Techland’s also also said to be working on an unannounced third game; a new Call of Juarez, hopefully. The second one did well, after all.
