No BioShock 2 DLC this week

2K’s sent over some clarifying details on the next BioShock 2 downloadable content.

Despite earlier reports, the Rapture Metro Pack will not be out this week. Details on the actual timing are being held back for now but are said to become available “in the very near future”.

As for the content; there will be six new multiplayer maps (some sporting areas familiar from the single-player campaign), three new Achievements and Trophies, and a ‘rebirth’ feature that allows players who’ve reached rank 50 to rank all the way down to level 1 in exchange for “a special mask”.

The price tag will be the same as last week’s news said: 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live, $9.99 on PlayStation Network.
