Battlefield: Bad Company 2‘s older brother, Battlefield 1943, has done well for itself despite its tinier size.
The download-only title has sold through 1.5 million units to date, EA’s financial documents today reveal. It’s not quite the 5 million copies that Bad Company 2‘s pushed, however the figure does mean it’s the best-selling downloadable title on both Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network.
The MIA PC version is still alive and kicking as well. Going by a month-old announcement — which credits at least two thirds of that 1.5 million to XBLA, by the way — it’s coming “soon”.
