Ocarina of Time, Star Fox 64 coming to 3DS

If there’s one thing I want to see in 3D gaming, it’s the first time Link picks up the Master Sword and raises it to the sky in The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time. I fear I’ll be so awe struck I may try and touch it… the sword that is.

Anyway, that moment is now going to be realised on the 3DS. Nintendo probably didn’t mention they’re remaking the best game like, ever, for their new system at yesterday’s press conference because it might take away from its sequel, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Technical difficulties kind of did that instead, but we’re still super excited to get our hands on the masterpiece once more, and play laser tennis with Gannondorf all over again.

Not just that, but another N64 classic, Star Fox 64 is coming to the system. Again I can’t wait to see that classic opening movie with Slippy’s crazy arms flying all over the place. Plus, 3D barrel rolls!

Both titles are also getting a visual bump with the new hardware. See the improvements in some screens below.
